Live your life in the present moment, we know it would be wonderful. But how could we achieve this? Does anyone get the answer from a book?

Brain scientists offer some evidence that sitting meditation is a useful method to gain inner peace. I agree as I fell this deep sense of peacefulness during and after sitting meditation.

I also know this form of meditation alone will take quite a long time to reach stillness within you. It could well be harmful for some, as it could induce further rumination.

Meditation with movement, however, will bring deep and true relaxation after practice.

In addition, as you bring your awareness to body’s sensations, you will soon realise that there is no Mind’s chatter while practicing.

Can you imagine what it would be like to be disconnected from mind wondering?

As your practice extends to eating, taking shower, washing dishes or face, taking care of your loved ones..true sense of peacefulness would deepen through such everyday mindfulness practice.

While practicing sitting meditation, I used to think about the past incidents. As if I live that particular moment again and again. It was hard, and I became restless. Then my depression worsened.

With your programme, however, I only experience deep relaxation. This feels so wonderful.

For me, 30 minutes of My Time is “the place of safety” where I can rest peacefully away from all the storms.

PAST is a story seen in your mind’s eye. FUTURE is a mind creating story which has not even taken place.

“My Time” will assist you to be free from disturbances, both internal and the external world, enabling you to experience a little gap between your thoughts.

If you try to experience this cognitively, it would be rather difficult.

Our 30 minute Programme is one method to create My Time in your daily life. Your mind will be occupied with your breath and body’s sensation, enabling you to anchor your mind to the present moment.

You’d experience true and deep relaxation, this is a real bonus. With everyday practice, you will gain awareness and appreciation how your body sustains you as a life force.

Now you seem to know one way to anchor your mind in the present moment.

Then, how would you stop the Mind’s chatter?
